How to Be Happy In A UpsideDown Life


If you are suffering from depression,thinking that your life is just over and knowing that the past is not going to come back. Here are steps you can follow.



Tips

  • Set a a goal for your life, and work hard to achieve your goal.
  • Be creative and think positive, read books or listen to music and join a library.
  • Make a diary, every night write what ever you have done in the day or try to write short stories or start blogging, make it your own fantasy world, and learn to admire your own work.
  • Make timetables for your daily activities, try to organize things that you do.
  • Make lots of friends, avoid bullies.
  • Always smile even if you don't feel like smiling.
  • Try to trust the world once again, and be closer to family & have fun , trips etc with them.
  • Help people, change the environment your living and be confident, sometimes wearing good clothes and buying things that you like to have makes you happy too.
  • Accept the fact that no one can bring your past back to you or send you back into your the past, you can not change what has been done.

  • Do not take drugs or do something wrong in order to be happy, they do not make you happy and could cause you harm and danger.
